PURCHASE REQUEST SPECIALIST (Position based in Abidjan)

Your role

• Work in direct collaboration with the Office Manager ;
• Preparation and implementation of files and creation of purchase requests on SAP System ;
• A follow –up of the billing and payment status vis-à-vis the various suppliers ;
• Support for requests for reservations, hotes and tickets
• Sort, classify and archive HCPs contracts

Who you are:

• High university background in management, administration, finance or language
• Fluent in french and english
• Experience in SAP or equivalent information system
• Experience in multinational environnement
• Collaborative : Have an inclusive mindest
• Purposeful : Make great things happen
• Self dépendant
