SEGMENT MANAGER INFRASTRUCTURE(Position based in Abidjan)

Reporting to Segment Manager Channel & Infrastructure Francophone Africa, you lead the regional/local marketing and sales activities – products, systems, services - within the defined segment and ensure that the related Business Unit(s) substantially increase sales, margins, market share and customer satisfaction in their respective market segments Develop and implement a market-based strategy including direct, third party and project sales.


Activities :
• Interprets the segment strategy to meet Region/Country requirements and implements with country specific action plans
• Defines key targets and ensures these are achieved for the segment.
• Activates operation intelligence, benchmarking and analysis in order to identify best processes, equipment, automation practices, etc
• Ensures Company’s value proposition for the target segment is developed and well communicated
• Ensures that the major accounts in the segment are identified and prioritized
• Builds and maintains strong relationships at senior levels with the key stakeholders.
• Identifies and manages risk relating to contract agreements and prices.

Profile :
• Master degree, or equivalent, in electrical or electro-technical engineering
• 07 years of experience in Infrastructure especially bulding, railway and ship field
• Understanding and know-how of the local market
• Good skills in sale and communication. Ability to lead projects. Clear ability to communicate and to lead discussions with employees and managers in the organization. Ability to travel frequently and work on the pression
• Fluency in English is required
