SAP SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (Position based in Abidjan)

Under the authority of the IT Manager, your responsabilities will be to:


• Deliver support to existing business users and investigating and resolving application errors;
• Provide recommendations for procedural improvements ;
• Analyze support issues logged with Support Team;
• Take ownership of issue investigation and resolution;
• Involve in support pack testing;
• Work closely with the solution architects to provide aligned roadmaps;
• Work with the business users in identifying and proposing application system changes, better uses;
• Train users or operations staff, produce additional documentation, or escalate requests;
• Assist in defining acceptance tests for new or changed automated system;
• Document work, take part in user meetings and assist in presenting issues and solutions;
• Discuss and agree functional and technical demands and appropriate solutions with Project Managers;
• Create Business Blueprint for SAP Solutions;
• Liaise with Chennai Project Team

You are expert in SAP FI/CO with knowledge of other modules with at least 5 years of experience working on SAP Application Configuration, SAP Project Implementation and SAP Support. You have good knowledge on SAP tables' structure, fair understanding of ABAP programming, a speaking very good French and English, good knowledge and understanding of system development lifecycle and its implications.
