BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FRANCOPHONE AFRICA (Position based in Abidjan with frequents travels)
Reporting to Country Manager Director, you support top management of respective local unit in the definition and implementation of respective strategy – in line with global Group and business strategies. Ensure comprehensive understanding of local market and competitive environment. Support local management in identification and realization of business opportunities in line with global strategies.
Activities :
• Supports management of respective local unit in translating global strategies into local ones and in defining local implementation actions
• Develops good understanding of respective local markets, competitive environments and company position
• Works with respective management in identification and prioritization of new business opportunities in line with global strategic priorities • Identifies partnership opportunities and participates in the definition of partnership agreements or joint ventures
• Identifies and promotes local business-led collaboration opportunities/needs
Profile :
• Master degree, or equivalent, in electrical or electro-technical engineering
• 10 years of experience in Business Development on regional position
• Understanding and know-how of the local market
• Good skills in communication and management. Clear ability to communicate and to lead discussions with employees and managers in the organization. Ability to travel frequently and work on the pression
• Fluency in English is required
