WATER MANAGER (Position based in Abidjan mainly)
As part of his duties, the incumbent will be responsible for:
• Formulate effective strategies to increase B2B sales and achieve annual goals;
• Assist the development of sales plans to maximize existing relationships and identify new direct selling opportunities;
• Assume overall responsibility for the development of preliminary and final proposals and overall understanding of the terms of the contract;
• Act as the primary contact for the B2B customer experience and lead every step;
• Work with all relevant functional groups.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Water Eng or any related field from a recognized university. Possession of an additional Business related qualification will be an added advantage. You have at least 5 years of sales experience in the water pump industry with proven performance record.
With a good knowledge of the West African market and perfectly bilingual, you have a very good command of the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
In addition, you are proactive, rigorous and have a good ability to work in an emergency while respecting objectives and deadlines. You also have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) as well as good networking and stakeholder management skills, especially at a high level of influence. In addition, you have the sense of criticism and analysis.
