TEAM MANAGER (Post based in Abidjan)

You will have as responsibilities for:


• Managing Key Dealers and Retailers;
• Managing a team of around 10 Sales Rep & 20 Promoters;
• Must achieve month's sales Tgt & Collection Target assigned to him;
• Meeting weekly KPI's;
• Managing promoters & sell out from store;
• Sharing a very good relationship with Key Dealers & Retailers;
• Daily report collection from sales team & submit it regularly.

You have a minimum experience of 8-10 years & out of that at least 3 years in Team Lead position, in addition, you are from Mobile Industry only, you know fluent French & moderate English, and you have prior experience of Team Handling.
