Recruits for an international company operating in the certification solutions (quantity/quality control)

BRANCH MANAGER WEST AFRICA (Based in Abidjan with frequent trips to the sub-region)

Under the supervision of the Business Line Manager Afrique, the Branch Manager West Africa will be responsible for :


• Generate a comprehensive turnaround strategy for the entire region ;
•Reinforce business line objectives to establish clear, individual performance targets ;
•Ensure commercial focus on growth and CAPEX decisions;
•Create high performing teams which are focused and aligned to achieve plans;
•Drive high levels of employee engagement activities including performance management of individuals and teams.

Holds a Master Degree in Quality, Chemistry and Oil you have 10 years expérience minimum in Crude oil loadings, Petroleum discharges, Petroleum loadings, Ship to ship operations, Black Oil loadings, Black Oil discharges, LPG discharges, LPG loadings, as well as similar miscellaneous inspection and testing activities that a Client may require.
You will have demonstrate successful commercial and financial business management with P&L responsibility and adept at risk management, significant experience in culture development and culture change, supported by clear accountability for management to ensure key metrics are tracked, communicated and used to positive effect.
Also a previous experience in developing brand / marketing / sales approaches to strengthen customer experience and revenue generation are required.
