La Maison des Chefs d’Entreprise recrute pour EXECUTIVE SEARCH


Who would report to the Managing Director and be responsible for:
- Establishing strategic development plans in accordance with the sales and customer development strategy of the region
- Working with the Brand Building (Marketing) Managers to deliver activity plan OTIF
- Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders of the country
- Giving customer input in sales and operations planning process
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the country, and provide input to support the leadership team to formulate the Company strategy
- Leading all the efforts/initiatives to develop the targeted customers and partners
- Ensuring that financial, operating, marketing and technical functions cooperate closely to achieve business targets and maximum return
- Leading competition intelligence.

The Country Manager must:
- Have a minimum of a University degree in Sales or Marketing, Strong business development and sales experience
- 5 years + experience in Sales and Marketing management, ideally in a FMCG environment (3 years of which should be in a senior management role)
- 35 years maximum
- Experienced in developing business and closing sales in West Africa
- Proven track record in increasing sales revenues
- Fluent in both English & French language
- Be proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc).
